ORDERED,
THAT, NBHPHBS, Chapter M, Article 4, Section 6.2 of the Ordinances
of the City of Sensor provides that in addition to the regular members of the
Historic Preservation Comauesion the City Council may appoint other persons,
not necessarily residents of the City of Bangor, to serve as an advisory or
consultant basis to assist the members of the Commission in performance of
their inaction; and
MIERIM, Chapter VII, Article 4, Section 6.3 Provides that persons
appointed to serve in an advisory or consulting capacity shall hold office
during the pleasure of the Council; and
WlEftKAS, Alm Baldwin has resigned in his capacity as advisor
and consultant to the Historic Preservation Coamiasion,
NOW, T[♦EHEPOHE, PH IT OHBEBEB TEAT, as provided for in Chapter
VII, Article 4, Section 6.2 arut 6.3 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor,
be hereby appointed to serve on an advisory
and consultant basis to assist the members of the Historic Preservation
Commission in the performance of their functions.
