TEAT in accordance with 30 M.B.S.A. §§ 1911 at seq., as amended,
the City Council of the City of Bangor hereby orders the City Clerk to
place on a ballot at a. Special election to be held on
the following question:
"Shall the municipality approve the charter amendment
reprinted below?"
THAT the third paragraph of Sec. 1, Article II of„EP4 9bdgnr'CStq'
Charter is: hereby repealed as follows:

Exploration: The purpose of this amendment is to repeal the provisions
of the third paragraphof Sec. 1, Article II of the Bangor City Charter
providing for a watch and ward in the City of Bangor.
