THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcelf land located on Broadway (Tax Map No.
R-41, Parcel Nos. e4 and 4�) from Commercial 1 and Commercial
Commercial Zone co Coaercial 3 Zone. Said parcel containing approximately
1 1/2 acres andmord particularly indicated on the map attached

Action for a zoning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 30 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the aordng ordinance of the City of Bangor. as re-
commendation of the Planning Board is than returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its
regularly scheduled meeting on September 5, 1978, held a
public hearing on the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan, the Board voted 5
in favor and none opposed to recommend denial of the above zone
change request.
