Mtbilt=t, Amending Chapter VIII, Article zi seen 10 (3) (d) Be 0 arAdvat by W Cft Ceawal of W City ofBaacer. as IbBlewe: THAT Chapter VIII, Article 21, Section 10 (3) (d) of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor be amended as follows: Add the following: .The Planning Board may shorten the time periods prescribed above where such action beat serves the intent of the Ordinance and does not impose an unreason- able burden upon the applicant. The applicant shall indicate comeneement and starting dates on his site plan application. Expiration of the applicable dates prior to commencement or substantial completion of the work shall void the applicant's site plan approval unless the Code Enforce- ment.Officer has granted him an extension of time, not to exceed sixty (60) days.
