THAT, Chapter VIII, Article 2l, Section SO (2) of the Ordinances of the City of
Bogor be emended as follows:
Delete all of Section (2) and replace with the following:
(2) Application Requirements
(a) Site Sketch
Any application to the Code Enforcement Officer for site plan approval
by the Board

(b) Site Plan
In addition, my site plan required by Section 30, (1) for approval of

Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 10, (1) and (2), site plan
approval by the Planning Board will not be required in the following

THAT, Chapter VIII, Article 21, Section 10 (2) of the Ordinances of -

three copies of_ a sketch illustrating the information

Code Enforcement Officer or the Planning Board to insure
compliance with the terms of this Ordinance.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its
regularly scheduled meeting on June 19, 1978, held a public
hearing on the above request.
At its July 5, 1978 meeting, after careful deliberation
the Board voted four in favor and one abstained to recommend
approval of the above zoning amendment as revised.

THAT, Chapter VIII, Article 21, Section 10 (2) of the Ordinances of
the City of Bangor be amended as follows:
Delete all of Section (2) and replace with the following:
(2) Application Requirements
(a) Site Sketch
Any application to the Cade Enforcement Officer for
site plan approval by the Planning Board shall include

Code Enforcement Officer or the Planning Board to

proposed uses

vehicular maneuvering areas

of flood -lights or other outdoor illumination
(7) Location and type of screening
(8) Landscaping
(9) Topography of a contour interval not less than
two feet adequate to show the effect upon
adjacent property, unless the City Engineer
shall determine that a lesser interval is
adequate to evaluate site conditions.
(10) Indication of whether the above features are

existing or proposed.
(11) Adjacent building outlines and other outstanding
features within 200 feet of the site as reason-
ably required by the Board.
Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 10 (1) and
(2), site plan approval by the Planning Board will not
be required in the following cases:
(1) Change from one permitted use to another in
existing structures, which does not increase
the floor area of the structure or requirements
for off-street parking or involve changes to
exterior site improvements.
