(10) Indication of whether the above features are - existing or proposed. (11) Adjacent building outlines and other outstanding features within 200 feet of the site as reason- ably required by the Board. Notwithstanding the requirements of Section 10 (1) and (2), site plan approval by the Planning Board will not be required in the following cases: (1) Change from one permitted use to another in existing structures, which does not increase the floor area of the structure or requirements for off-street parking or involve changes to exterior site improvements.
