THAT, Chapter VI11, Article 16, Section 2 of the Laws and
Ordinances of the City of Bangor be amended by deleting Subsections
(4) and (5) and substituting the following:
(4) Side yard width: one side a minimum of 25 feet,
total of both side yards not less than 90 feet.
(5) Rear yard depth: minimum of 30 feet plus 309 of
building height over 30 feet.

Please be advised that the Planning Bound at its regularly scheduled
meeting on June 5, 1978, held a Public hearing on the above request.
After hearing the testimony of the hearing and after careful delibera-
tion the Board voted five in favor and none opposed to recomend approval of
the above zoning smoodment.
