Amending Chapter _V11I, Article,.,16, Section„2, Be U ordai by W City Council of 6w City ofBanpor, ae jat(amo: THAT, Chapter VI11, Article 16, Section 2 of the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor be amended by deleting Subsections (4) and (5) and substituting the following: (4) Side yard width: one side a minimum of 25 feet, total of both side yards not less than 90 feet. (5) Rear yard depth: minimum of 30 feet plus 309 of building height over 30 feet.
