THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
_of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as emended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located on Hogan Road (Tax Map R-69
Parcel No. 4) from Commercial 2 zone to Commercial 3 zone. Said
parcel containing approximately 5 acres and more particularly
indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Council Ordinance 228 AF
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its
regularly scheduled meeting on May 15, 1978, held a public
hearing on the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area,
and its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted
five in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the
above zone change request.
