THAT the zoning boundary linea as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
-hereby further amended as follows:
By changing parcels of land located an Center and French Streets
(Tax Map 46, Parcel Nos.8C and 9, and Tax Map 38, Parcel Nos.
128, 131, 147, 148, and 149) from Residential 4 zone to Civic
and Inatitutionazone. Said parcels being more particularly
indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Council Ordinance 227 AF
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its
regularly scheduled meeting on May 15, 1978, held a
public hearing on the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the
area, and its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan,
the Board voted four in favor and one opposed to recommend
denial of the above sone change request.
