Said parcels containing approximately 64,032 sq, ft. and more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the Plsmdng Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public hearing), for all changes to the string ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re- commendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for final action. Requested zone change is to correct a conflict in the Official Zoning Maps.
