Said parcel containing approximately 14,875 sq. ft. and more parti- cularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof. The re- commendation of the Planning Board Is then returned to the Bangor City Council for final action. After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above clarifying Zoning Map Amendment.
