THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
—hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 300 State Street (Tax Map
54, Parcel No. 112) from Commercial 1 Zone to Residential 5 Zone.
Said parcel containing approximately 14,875 sq. ft. and more parti-
cularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof.
STATEMENT OF FACT: This amendment is to correct conflicts
which exist in Official Zoning Maps.

RETURN FORM AND DUPLICATE TO PLANNING DIVISION, CITY HALL BANGOR. MAINE
Action for a coning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Plamdng'Mard, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
bearing), for all charges to the coning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board Is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on December 18, 1978, held a public hearing on
the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five
in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above
clarifying Zoning Map Amendment.
