THAT the zoning boundary linea as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23. 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows: _
By changing a portion of a parcel of land located on Broadway
(Part of Tax Map-R,S31,. Parcel No. 26) from Residential 1 Zone to
Residential 5 Zone. Said parcel containing approximately 12.6
acres and more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
STATEMENT OF PACT: This amendment is to correct conflicts
which exist in Official Zoning Maps.

Action for a Seeing change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Refiring before the
Planning Board, after A public advertising (at least SO days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the Seeing ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action. -
Requested Zone Change is to correct a conflict in the
Official Zoning Maps.

scheduled meeting on December 18, 1978, held a public hearing on
the above request.
