THAT the toning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September -23,'19]4 as amended,. be hereby
further amended as followsi
By changing a parcel of land located on Second Street (Tax Map 42,
Partaof Parcel No. 14) from Residential.5 Zone to Civic and Institu-
tional Zone. Said parcel containing approximately 11,700 sq. £c, and
more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
STATEMENT OF FACT: This amendment is to correct conflicts
which exist in Official Zoning Maps.

Action for a zoning Change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Rearing before the
Placating Board, after a public advertising (at least 30 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the caning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action. _
Requested Zone Change is to correct a conflict in the
Official Zoning idaps.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on December LB, 1978, held a public hearing
on the above request_
After careful consideration of the nature of the anew, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five
in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above
clarifying Zoning Nap Amendment.
