THAT the Honing boundary lines as established by the Zaing Hap
of the City of Bangor dated September 23,: 1474, as amended, be
hereby further emended as followsi
By changing a parcel of land located at the corner of Union Street
and Clinton Street (Tax Map 42, Parcel No. 68) from Residential 5.
Zone to Civic and institutionalZone. Said parcel containing approxi-
mately 6,000 sq, ft. and more particularly indicated on the map attached
hereto and madea part hereof.
STATEMENT OF FACT: This amendment is to correct conflicts
which exist in Official Zoning Maps.

Action for a zoning change sill be initiated with the Banger City Council and
referred to the Bangor PlanniM Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
hearinz), for all charges to the zoniag ordinance of the City of Burger. The r
eo®endation of the Planing Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.
This zone change is to correct a conflict in the
Official Zoning Maps.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on December 18, 1978, held a public hearing on
the above. request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five
in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above
clarifying Zoning Map Amendment
