THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing parcels.of land located on Main Street (Tax Map 18,
Parcel Nos. 27 and 28) from Residential 1 Zone to Industrial 3
Zone. Said parcels containing approximately 24,500 sq. ft. and
more particularly indicated on. the .map attached hereto and made
a part hereof.,
STATEMENT OF FACT: This amendment is to correct conflicts
which exist in Official Zoning Maps.

RETURN FORM AND DUPLICATE TO PLANNING DIVISION, CITY HALL, BANGOR, MAINE
Action for a zoning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the tuning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is than returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.
The requested zone change is fro correct a conflict in the
Official Zoning Maps.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on December 18, 1978, held a public hearing on
the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comppehensive Plan, the Board voted five
infavor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above
clarifying Zoning Map amendment.
