THAT the zoning boundary linea as established by the Zoning Map
-uf the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located on Webster Avenue (Tax Map
A-27, Parcel No. 9). from Park and Open Space Zone to Civic and
Institutional Zone. Said parcel containing approximately 23,900
sq. ft. and more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto
and made a. part hereof.
STATEMENT OF FACT: This amendment is to correct conflicts
which exist in Official Zoning Maps.

Action for a zoning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days Prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the zoning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is than returned to the Bmigor City Council for
final action.
Requested change will correct a difference which exists in the
Official Zoning Maps.

public hearing on the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area,

of the above zone change request.
