-of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing parcels of land located on lower Main Street (Tax Map
No. 18, Parcel Nos. 22, part of 16A, and part of "proposed street")
from Residential 1 Zone to Commercial 3'Zone. Said parcel containing
approximately 33,000 sq. ft. and more particularly indicated on the
map attached hereto and made a part hereof. -

referred to the Doctor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Beard, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
bearing), for all changes to the zoning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
omnendation of the Planning Board Is then returned to the Banger City Council for
final action.
