.Glenwood Drive as a Public

ORDERED,
THAT WHEREAS, the construction of Glenwood Drive in the
Glenwood Subdivision on Kenduskeag Avenue has been satisfactorily
completed to standards acceptable for acceptance of the street
as a public way, and -
WHEREAS, the .final cost of street improvements has been
determined and have been assessed against the properties bene-
fited,
NOW TIIEAEFORE, be it
ORDERED, that the City Engineer, acting for end on behalf
of the Municipal Officers according to law, be and hereby is
directed to 1a9 out and establish the lines and grades for
Glenwood Drive, a sixty foot wide right-of-way, the centerline
of which is located approximately 820 feet northwest Prom the
centerline of Hussou Avenue, and which extends in a generally
northeasterly direction.for approximately 500 -feet, in a gen-
erally northwesterly direction a distance of approximately 960
feet, and in a generally southwesterly direction for a distance
of approximately 520 feet, intersecting the northeasterly line
of. Kenduskeag Avenue approximatel7,915 feet northwest from the
point of beginating, all as shown on a Plan entitled "Glenwood,
in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, for Kenduskeag Associates,
Brewer Maine" as prepared by Andrew J. Shyka, L. S., dated
July 22, 1976, and be it further
ORDERED, that the City Engineer proceed to give notice of
such intention of said Municipal Officers according to law by
posting such Notices for seven (9) days in two (2) public places
in the City of Bangor and in the vicinity of the proposed right-
of-way, and the City Engineer is further
ORDERED, to make awritten return of said proceedings con-
taining the bounds end admeasurements of said right-of-way and
the damages allowed to any person or persons as a result of said
laying out, all in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine.
