deleted in its entirety andreplaced with the following:
Sec. 2 (2) Lot area: 9,000 sq. ft. for one family dwellings
12,000 sq. ft, for two family dwellings
Sec. 2 (4). Lot width: minimum 75 feet for one family dwellings
minimum 90 feet for two family dwellings

Lot Area and Width in R-2 Zones
Council Ordinance No. 134 AC
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on February 5, 1979, held a public hearing on
the above request.
After careful consideration of the objectives of the zone and
other standards in the Ordinance, the Board voted five in favor and
none opposed to recommend approval of the above zoning amendment.
