REWLVED, IJHEREos, Council Order 67 AG adopted by the Bangor City council
on December 110 1998 and Amendment #2 to the option Agreement for Purchase
of Bangor Waterworks Facilities dated Dec ber 21, 1978 require that the
Developer, Harrold I. Hill, complete word file with the City prelimimay pane
complying with the Site Plan Application Requi meats of the Zoning Ordinance
(Chapter VIII,. Article 21, Section 10 (2)(b)) and secure City Council approval
of such preliminary plans prior to February 1, 1979; and

SUBJECT: Site Plan for "Waterworks"
The Bangor Planning Board at itsgular meeting on
February 5,' 1979 approved the site plan for the Waterworks
Project,
In their deliberations on the development of the site and
its impact on the area, the Board members expressed a concern for s
the traffic conditions on State Street at the point of access to
the project site.
The Board voted unanimously to point out to the City the
potential hazards in introducing a significant volume of turning
and cross -traffic onto State Street at thislocation and to
recommend possible improvements to State Street in that area.
