Statutes require a Public Hearing before the Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 30 days prior to such public hearing), for all changes to the boning ordinance of the City of Bangor. Me re- onnendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for final action. Requested zone charge is to correct a conflict which exists in the Official Coring Maps.
