THAT the zoning boundary, lines asestablished by the Zoning Nap of the
C4ty of Bangor dated September 23, 1944• ae emended, be hereby furthers
amended as follows:
By charging a parcel of land located on Heise Road (Tax Nap R-69, Parcels No.
6 and a) from Co:®ercial 2 Zone to Commercial 3 Zone. Said parcel containing
approximately M.6 acres and more particularly indicated on the map attached
hereto and made apart hereof.
STATVvENT OF FACT: This amendment is to correct conflicts which
exist in Official Zoning Maps.

Action for a zoning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 30 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the boning ordinance of the City of Bangor. Me re-
onnendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.
Requested zone charge is to correct a conflict which exists in the
Official Coring Maps.

favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above Zoning
Map clarification amendment.
