of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be hereby further emended as
follows:
By cbenging a parcel of land located on Hancock Street (Tax Mop 55, Parcel No.
26) from Industrial 1 Zone to industrial 2 Zone. Said parcel containing
approximately 1.8 acres and more particularly indicated on the map attached
hereto and made a part hereof.

Action for a coning charge will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the zoning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the PlenniM Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action.
Requested zone charge is to correct a conflict which exists in the Official
Zoning Maps.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on January 15, 1979, held a public hearing on
the above request. _
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and its
proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five in favor
and none opposed to recommand approval of the above Zot'ng Map
clarifying amendment.
