THAT the provisions of Chapter VIII, Article 5, section 3 of the ordinances
of the City of Bangor be amended by adding the following:
(1) medical office buildings located upon a shiny
street and having as floorof not
more than 6,000 square feet
Statement of Pact The purpose of this amendment is to authorize
medical office buildings with not more than 6.00 square feet in
gross floor area to be located on major streets within the Agifcultural
Zone.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on March 19, 1979, held a public hearing on the
above request.
After careful consideration of the intent of the Agricultural
Zone and its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan, the Board voted
four in favor and none opposed to recommend denial of the above
request.
