SUBJECT: Amending Zoning Ordinance
Mixed Residential and Commercial Uses
Council Ordinance 173 AG
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on March 19, 1979, held a public hearing on
the above request.
After careful consideration of the uses in the C-2 Zone,
and the intent of the Ordinance, the Board voted three in favor
and one opposed to recommend denial of the above request.
