Said parcels containing approximately 2.5 acres and more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made part hereof'. STATEMENT OF FACT: This amendment includes a small area which was in conflict on the Official Zoning Maps. Study of the area indicated that the pre- dominant use was single family residences and therefore R-1 zoning would be more appro- priate.
