THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
e€ the City of Bangor. dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing parcels of land located on Hayford Road and Webster Avenue
North (Tax Map No. 22, Parcel Nos. 12A, 12C, 13, 14A, 14, 15, 16, 17,
20, 22, 23, and partof Parcel No. 7) from Residential 4 Zone and Park
and Open Space Zone to Residential 1 Zone. Said parcels containing
approximately 2.5 acres and more particularly indicated on the map
attached hereto and made part hereof'.
STATEMENT OF FACT: This amendment includes a small area which
was in conflict on the Official Zoning Maps.
Study of the area indicated that the pre-
dominant use was single family residences
and therefore R-1 zoning would be more appro-
priate.
