Frawley - City Engineer Bangor City Hall 73 Harlow Street Bangor, ME 04401 RE: ROAD STUDY Dear John: 156 AS I am writing on behalf of my client, Donald Sites, who has a Purchase and Sale Agreement to purchase a 10 acre parcel of land (Davis property) located easterly of the Hogan Road and southeasterly of the north bound on-ramp on Interstate 95 in the City of Bangor. Mr. Sites would like to request that a study be madeto- determine the feasibility, cost, allocation, etc. of constructing a public road to run from the east side of the Hogan Road into the lanae easterly of the Hogan Road to service the parcel being purchased by Mr. Sites, other lands of Davis and possibly lands currently Owned by Mahaney and Dyer. I am enclosing herewith a plan of the land that isunder contract by Mr. Sites and the area hash marked in red i where the proposed easements of access are from the Hogan Road to the subject parcel. It would either be over this location or other locations that could be laid out where we are interested in having a study made as to a public road being constructed. I am not quite sure that the hash marked entrance on the Hogan Road is exactly in the right place but this will give you an idea of the location. I would appreciate it if you could institute some action before the Council to see if they would authorise such a road study. Thanking you very much, I remain very/truly your Orman w,' h 1 G.
