THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located on Main Street (Tax Map No.
35, Parcels 169, 128 and Part of 141A and 139) from Commercial 3
Zone to Residential 4 Zone and from Residential 4 Zone to Park and
Open, Space Zone. Said parcel containing approximately 4.5 acres
and more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made
a part hereof.

Action for a zoning change will be initiated with the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Bangor Plarming Board. Statutes require a Public Rearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising(atleast 10 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes -to the acting ordinance of the City of Bangor_ The re-
commendation of the Planndng Board is than returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action. -
