— THAT the provisions of Chapter VIII, Article ll, Section 3 (1) of the
Ordinencea of the City of Barger be amended by adding the following:
(k) Any of the above rsea located on prmises containing
either a residential use or a mixed residential and
coromerclal use

SUBJECT: Amending Zoning Ordinance
Mixed Residential and Commercial Uses
in the C-1 Zone
Council Ordinance 214 AG
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on May 7, 1979, held a public hearing on the
above request.
After careful consideration of the uses in the C-1 Zone the
Board voted three in favor and two opposed to recommend approval
of the above zoning amendment.
