SUBJECT: Amending Zoning Ordinance
Deleting Certain Home Occupations in the
Agricultural Zone
Council Ordinance 213 AG
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on May 7. 1979, held a public hearing on the
above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the Agricultural
Zone and the definition of home occupation in the Ordinance, the
Board voted five in favor and none opposed to recoamend approval of
the above zoning ordinance amendment.
