of the City of Bangor is hereby amended to read,as follows:

THAT Chapter
VII, Article 10, Section 3 of the Laws and Ordinances
of the City of Bangor is hereby amended to read, as follows:
Sec. 3
Enforcement Procedures. Whenever the &ening-end-6ede

this Code, he shall give written notice of such
violation to the property owner, the lessee, occupant,
or their agents. Such written notice shall: -

(2) include a description of the violation found and
the citation to the pertinent provisions of this
Code; and
(3) specify
the remedial action required for correction

violation; and
(4) order that said violation be corrected within a
reasonable time, such reasonable time to be

(5) state that an appeal from any order, decision
