THAT Chapter VII, Article 10, Section 3 of the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor is hereby amended to read, as follows: Sec. 3 Enforcement Procedures. Whenever the &ening-end-6ede Enforcement -Administration 6££ieer Fire Chief, or his authorized agent, deter- mines thatat tTeis a violation of any provisions of this Code, he shall give written notice of such violation to the property owner, the lessee, occupant, or their agents. Such written notice shall: - (1) include a description of the real estate i question sufficient for identification; and (2) include a description of the violation found and the citation to the pertinent provisions of this Code; and (3) specify the remedial action required for correction of said violation; and (4) order that said violation be corrected within a reasonable time, such reasonable time to be determined by the Eeniny-end-bade-6n£areemene 6ffieer Fire Chief and indicate it upon such written notice; and- (5) state that an appeal from any order, decision or other action of the Easing-and-Eede-Enferee- menr-Admzniseration-Ef£iror Fire Chief may. be taken to the Building Code Boaid of -Appeals by filing with the-Eening-and-¢ede-En£ercemenr Adminstration-Officer Fire Chief a written request for a public heaa`ag, within ten (10) days of receipt of said written notice. 3.1 Appeals.
