That the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as emended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located onPinsonRoad (Tax Map No. R-21
Pare of Parcel No. 11) from Park and Open Space zone to Agriculture
zone. Said parcel containing approximately 26 acres and being more
particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a part
hereof.

Action for a coning change will be initiated wits the Bangor City Council and
referred to the Ba or PlamdM Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Platming Board, afters Public advertising (at least 10 days priorto such public
hearing), for all chargee to the wring ordinance of the City of Bangor, The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
fines action.

Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on October 15, 1979, field a public hearing o
the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five in
favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above zone
change request with a proposed minor amendment to the boundary in
the northeast corner of the area. The applicant indicated that the
proposed amendment to the boundary was acceptable.
