ORDERED,
THAT WHELPS, poeteent to 30 M.R.S.A, 84854 (1) the Sensor City
Council by Resolution hes authorized and approved the Condemnation of the
real estate ]mown as Hancock -York Parcel H-1 bounded by York, Boyd, Hancock,
and Essex Street owned by TRISTAM COFFIN at als.; and
WilEAElS, by virtue of 30 M.R.S.A. 64854 (2) certain actions must
be taken by the municipal officers bf the duly authorized representative for
purposes of completing said condemnation.
NOW, TNEEEF010p by the City Council of the City of Bangor
ORDEEEO THAT the City Solicitor is hereby authorizing and
directed to take all necessary. action pursuant to 30 M.R.S.A. 84854 (2),
and all acts related thereto, on behalf o4 the City of Senger and its
municipal officers, for purposes of completing the eond®netio¢ and
acquisition of said real property by said City of Burger, including, but
not limited to, the following:
(1) to file copies of approved Resolution of Condamation
in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds;
(2) to file copies of each approved Resolution atal State-
ments of the am of money, approved by the municipality
as just comptanati0n for such property, in the Penobscot
County Superior Court.
(3) to deposit in the Penobscot County Superior Court bonds
(or their equivalent as may be authorized by law) with
surety satisfactory to the Clerk of said Court, in ouch
expunts an the Court shall determine to be ample and
sufficient to satisfy the claims of all persons interested
in such property;
(4) to serwe upon the owners of and persons having an
estate or interest in such property a true and
attested cepy of such approved Resolution and
Stat®eat of Estimated Just Compensation;
(5) to publish such Resolution together with the Peace
of persons having an estate or interest in such
property end the amount to be awarded to each of
thea in a newspaper of general circulation in
Penobscot County at least once a week for three
consecutive weeks; and
(6) to take title and Possession of such property in
the name of the City of Bangor.
