NOW, TNEEEF010p by the City Council of the City of Bangor ORDEEEO THAT the City Solicitor is hereby authorizing and directed to take all necessary. action pursuant to 30 M.R.S.A. 84854 (2), and all acts related thereto, on behalf o4 the City of Senger and its municipal officers, for purposes of completing the eond®netio¢ and acquisition of said real property by said City of Burger, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) to file copies of approved Resolution of Condamation in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds; (2) to file copies of each approved Resolution atal State- ments of the am of money, approved by the municipality as just comptanati0n for such property, in the Penobscot County Superior Court.
