THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
o£ the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as emended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located on Ohio Street (Tax Map No.
R-24, Part of Parcel No. 8) from Residential 4 Zone to Civic and
Institutional Zone. Said parcel containing approximately four acres
and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto
and made a part hereof.

Action for a zoning change will be initiated with .the Bangor City Council and
referred be the Bangor Planning Board. Statutes require a public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertising (at least 10 days prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the wrung ordinance of the City of Bangor. The r -
conmendation of the Plarring Beard is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action. -

SUBJECT: Amending Zoning Ordinance - Ohio Street
Council Ordinance 360 AG
Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly
scheduled meeting on September 17, 1979, held a public hearing
on the above request.
After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted four
in favor and none opposed to recommend approval of the above zone
change request.
