THAT the zoning Boundary likes as established by the Zoning Map
-of the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1474, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows!
By changing parcels of land located on outer Hammond Street CTax Map
No, R-9, Part of Parcels 10, 13A, 13R, 13C, 13B, 21, and 193 from
Tndustrfal 2 Zone to Commercial.3 Zone. Said parcels containing
approximately eight acres and being mese particularly indicated on
the map attached hereto and made a part hereof,
Statement of Fact: This amendment is to
correct conflicts which exist in the
Official Zoning Maps.

.Action for a owning change will be initiated with the .Dargor City Council and
referred to the Banger Planning Board. Statutes require a Public Rearing before the
Planning Board, after a public advertieing.(at least 10 days prier t0 such public
hearing), for all changes to the soNng ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation of the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
'final action.
