APPLICATION FOR UTILITY LOCATION PEREIT
TO: HUNICIPAL OFFICERS - CITY OF BANGOR
BANGOR HYDRO-ALECSHIC CUffAHY, a Mine corporation being duly authorized pursuant to
the State of Maine to generate, sell, distribute and supply electricity in City of
Bangor , County of Penobscot , State aforesaid, hereby applies for
a
permit to authorise it to locate, construct and sufntain Certain of its facilities herein-
after described upon, along, over and across certain public ways situate in the municipality
hereinbefore referred to, ckxxxx

in accordance with the terms and conditions of Title 35, Section 2682, MRSA an amended.
LOCATION: Beginning at a utility pole mutated] 16 now located on the southerly
side of Home Hope Avenue; thence proceeding northerly, me (1) pole
to be located on the northerly side over a distance of approximately
39 feet.
DESCRIPTION:
The facilities will consist of a line composed of wood poles and supports therefor,
