THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
of the City of Bangor dated September 23. 1974, as amended, be
-hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 77 Pine Street (Tax Map
No. 49, Parcel No. 38) from Residential 5 Zone to Commercial 1
Zone. Said parcel containing approximately 4,045 square feet
and mote particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

Action for a zoning chunge will be initiated with the BaMor City Council and
referred to the Banger PlaxninC Board. Statutes require a Public Hearing before the
Planning Board, after'a public advertising (at least 10 days Prior to such public
hearing), for all changes to the zoning ordinance of the City of Bangor. The re-
commendation or the Planning Board is then returned to the Bangor City Council for
final action. -

scheduled meeting on August 6, 1979, held a public hearing on

After careful consideration of the nature of the area, and
its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted four
in favor and one opposed to recommend denial of the above sone
