M11 Boulevan Introduced and filed by coBBtilmeB 7.4-79, Y� CITY OF BANGOR, MAINE Engineering Department July 19, 1979 To the Municipal Officers: Reference is made to City Council Order No. 267 AG passed May 30, 1979 directing the City Engineer to prepare Plans and Cost Estimates for the extension of the sewer on Bangor Mall Boulevard. Surveys, Plane and Cost Estimates have been completed, as follows: The proposed sewer extension would commence at the present termination of the City sewer on thenorthside of Bangor Mall Boulevard, and would extend for a distance of 3'O feet in a northeasterly direction to serve Lots 3 and 4 of the Bangor Mall Subdivision. The installation would consist of 8 inch sewer pipe and two manholes, and the total estimated coat of the installa- tion. is $7,900.00. Of this amount, the City's share would be 50%, and the remaining $3,950.00 would-be assessed against Eravoo, Inc., the Developer. It is recommended that the sewer be constructed upon receipt of the Developer's estimated share of the coat. Plans of the proposed sewer extension are on file in the office of the City Engineer.
