ORDERED,
MT John C. Field. Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a municipal quitclaim dead, a copy of which is on
file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may
have to certain property located On Hempstead Avenue by virtue of a
street amessment levy recorded in the Penobscot Registry Of Deeds in
volume 2629, Page 171. Said deed shall be directed to Donald and Carol
LaGrange, successors in title to wwdlawn Development Corp.
Statement of fact! The purpose Of this Order is to ostracize the
execution of a municipal quitclaim deed CO Clear the record Of any
interest of the City by virtue of a street assessment levy recorded
in the paobacot Registry of Deeds for Lot 87, Hempstead Assuan,
Bandar, Maine. The assessment in question has hem previously paid.

FEW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
THAT the CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor in the
County of Penobscot and State of Maine, in consideration of one dollar and other
valuable considerations paid by DONALD 6 CAROL WEANGB,cin title to
Woodlawn Development Corp., of Bangor, County of pa obscot, StaterofMaine, the
receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise, release, bargai
sell aid convey, and forever quitclaim unto the said DONALD 5 CAROL LaGRANGE,
their heirs and assigns forever, all its right, title and interest in and to the
following described real estate situated at Bangor in the County of Penobscot,
State of Maine, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 87, Hempstead Avenue, Bangor, Maine.
Grantees' address: Holiday Mobile Home Park, Outer
Essex Street, Bangor, Maine,

The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor may
have n the foregoing property by virtue of a street assessment levy in the
amount of $886.02, dated May 13, 1974, and recorded in volume 2629, Page 171,
Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the privileges and
appurtenances tbereunto belonging to the said DONALD fi CAROL LaCHMOGE, their
heirs and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS RESPECT, the said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument
to be sealed with its corporate seal and signed in its corporate came by John G.
Field, its Deputy Finance Director thereunto duly authorised, this day
of July A.D. 1979.
