(Tar Map No. R-40, Parcel No. 60) from Residential 4 Zone to 'Commercial 1 Zone.
Said parcel containing approximately, one acre and moreparticularly indicated on

meeting on July 2, 1949, held a public hearing on the above request.
After careful Consideration of the nature of the area, and its proposed
e in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted three in favor and two opposed
to rero®end approval of tte above sone Change request provided that the
aoendaent be revised to include only a lot with 150 feet of frontage on
Broadway and 140 feet of frontage on Burleigh Road.
