ORDERED,
THAT the attached report of the City Engineer relative to
the laying out and grades of the extension of Judson Boulevard for
a distance of approximately 800 feet, LaSalle Drive and Castle
Hill in the Judson Heights Subdivision located off Broadway be
and hereby is accepted, and be it further
ORDERED, that said streets be accepted as public ways, to
be added to the Official City Map, to be named and known as
Judson Boulevard, LaSalle Drive and Castle Hill.

And that the said City Engineer met at the time and place a meeting specified in the notiem
and proceeded to lay out said streetes as follows

The following streets are shown on a Plan entitled "Judson
Heights, Section 1, Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine for Judson
N. Great, Jr." prepared by Andrew J. Shyka, Sheet 1 of 1, dated
October 17, 1975, on file in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
JUDSON BOULEVARD
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Judson Boulevard
at the northerly terminus as laid out and described in the City
Engineer's report accepted by City Council Order No. 90 AE passed
January 24t 1977, and recorded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Volume 2714, Page 116, said northerly point being 1,640.05 feet
northeast from the northeasterly right-of-way line of Broadway,
as measured along the centerline of said Judson Boulevard, said
point of beginning being the point of curvature of a curve to the
right having a radius of 333.45 feet; thence along said curve for
a distance of 401.96 feet to a point of tangency; thence North 57°
11' 52" East along said tangent for a distance of 280.80 feet to
a, point, said point being on the extensionof the northeasterly
line of Lots 154 and 155• The right-of-way has been laid out to
a width of eight (80) feet, measuring forty (40) feet to either
side, and at right angles to the above described centerline.
LaSALLE DRIVE
Beginning at a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line
of Judson Boulevard, said point located 731.07 feet north of the
northeasterly right-of-way line of Broadway, as measured along
said northweste&l7 line of Judson Boulevard; thence at right
angles North 32 35' 22" West for a distance of 538.42 feet to
a point, being on a southwesterly extension of the northwesterly
line of Lot No. 116. The above described rigbt-of-way has been
laid out to a width of eighty (80) feet, measuring forty (40)
feet to either side, and at right angles to, the above described
centerline.

Beginning at a point on the northeasterly Fight -of -way line
of LaSalle Drive, located 400 feet northwest from the northwest-
erly line of Judson Boulevard, as measured along said northgast-
erly line of LaSalle Drive; thence at right angles North 57 24'
38" East for a distance of 157.83 feet to a point. The right-of-
way has been laid out to a width of fifty (50) feet, measuring
twenty-five (25) feet to either side, and at right angles to the
above described centerline, with a 126.00 foot diameter cul-de-sac
at the northeasterly end, the center of which is the easterly point
of the above described centerline.

And the City Engineer proceeded to lay out a grade for said
streets, as follows:
Judson Boulevard
Beginning at the northeasterly terminus of the existing road
at Elevation 206.77; thence ascending on a grade of 2.86 per cent
for a distance of 200 feet to Elevation 212.50; thence along a
convex vertical curve having a length of 160 feet and an external
of 0.74 feet to Elevation 214.14; thence descending on a grade of
0.815 per cent for a distance of 70 feet to Elevation 213.57;
thence along a convex vertical curve having a length of 240 feet
and an external of 1.28 feet to Elevation 216.72; thence ascend-
ing on a grade of 3.44 Per cent for a distance of 130 feet to
Elevation 221.19.
LaSalle Drive
Beginning at the northwesterly edge of the travel way of
Judson Boulevard at Elevation 175.03; thence descending on a
grade of 1.00 per cent for a distance of 142 feet to Elevation
17361; thence continuing to descend along a convex vertical
curve having a length of 100 feet and an external of 0.39 feet
to Elevation 171.07; thence along a convex vertical curve having
a length of 180 feet and an external of 1.14 feet to Elevation
168.30; thence ascending on a grade of 1.00 per cent for a dis-
tance of 60 feet to Elevation 168.90.
Castle Hill
Beginning at the northeasterly edge of the travel way of
LaSalle Drive at Elevation 167.60; thence ascending on a grade
of 7.30 per cent for a distance of approximately 182 feet to the
center of the cul-de-sac to Elevation 180.89
All Elevations refer to Bangor City Datum.
No person or persona appeared at the time and place set
for the hearing. Since the rigbt-of-ways have been dedicated
to the City of Bangor by Judson M. Grant, Jr., and since a
portion of the cost of said roadway improvements have been
assessed against the adjacent land, no damages or additional
benefits are recommended as a result of said laying out.
It is recommended that said streets be accepted as public
ways, to be added to the Official City Map.
