THAT Chapter VII, Article 4, Section 6.3 of the Ordinances of the City
of Bangor be handed, as follower
6.3 fee members of the Commission shall be initially
appointed to terms serve of three (3) years; two
shall initially
be appointed to serve terms of

Commission shall be appointed to serve a tam of
e (1) year. All appointments thereafter made
shall be of -a term of three (3) years, except in

Statement of Fact: Me purpose of this ordinance is to provide for the

of one or more regular members of the Historic Preservation Commission.
