THAT Chapter VII, Article 4, Section 6.3 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor be handed, as follower 6.3 fee members of the Commission shall be initially appointed to terms serve of three (3) years; two shall initially be appointed to serve terms of me (2) years, and the remaining member of said Commission shall be appointed to serve a tam of e (1) year.
