To the Municipal Officers:
Reference ismadeto City Council Order No. 66 AN passed
January 14, 1980, directing the City Engineer to prepare Plans
and Coat Estimates, together with a list of possible assess-
ments for the ertensipn of sanitary sewer service on Norfolk
Street. Plans and Cost Estimates have been completed, which
would provide for the following:
The proposed extension would consist of the_ installation
of 200 feet of8 inch pipe and 1 manhole, at a total estimated
cost of $5,200.00. Of this amount, 50% or $2,600.00 would be
assessed gainst the property benefited, which would be a lot
of Sand owned by Anne Weston. Ms. Weston has been contacted,
and is in favor of the proposed sewer extension, and has indi-
cated that she would be willing to pay her estimated share of
the assessment in advance.
It is recommended that the sewer extension be constructed
as soon as possible.
A Plan of the proposed sewer installation is on file in
the Office of the City Engineer. _
