THAT Chapter VIII, Article 13, Section 3 (2) be amended by adding
the following:
(j) Wholesale business, limited to 4,000 square feet of
floor area, conducted entirely within a building with
no goods or materials displayed or stored outdoors
provided that the building in which such business i
located shall have a gross floor area no greater than
32,000 square feet.

on April 7, 1980, held a pWlio hearing on the above request.
After Careful consideration o$ the proposed amendment, the Board voted four
in favor and one opposed to table the proposed -amendment until its next meeting
in order to obtain further information from the Planning Staff.

Please be advised that the Pluming Board held a public hearing on the
above request at its regularly slneduled meeting of April 7, 1980, And also
considered this item at its April 22, 19M meeting.
After careful consideration of the proposed amendment, the Consensus of
the Board was that the a eetrent, as worded, vas"nworkable". The Board voted
5 to 0 in favor of a action to recomveftithat theeoning smendment contained in
Council Ordinance No. 132 AH be indefinitely postponed.
