Commentary:
This Order will authorize the approval and acceptance of $457.00 in state criminal forfeiture funds.
Earlier this year, members of the Bangor Police Department were instrumental in an arrest which
lead to the seizure of cash that was subsequently forfeited by the individual who was arrested. As
a result, the City is entitled to a portion of the seized funds.
This Order will authorize the acceptance of the funds and the execution of the approval of the fund
transfer.
