Consent Agenda a. Resolve, Accepting and Appropriating $35,000 in Lead Poisoning Prevention Funding th (Allocation represents the 5 year of a five-year grant award) b. Workout Agreement – 443 Holiday Park – Mathieu c. Workout Agreement – 16 Highland Avenue – Weeks Motion made and seconded to accept consent agenda items, motion passed unanimously. 2. Bids/Purchasing a. ADA Vans – Community Connector – Advance Modifications - $134,062+ Motion made and seconded to recommend purchase to City Council, motion passed unanimously. b. 20 Ton Trailer – Public Works – Maine Trailer Inc - $23,743 Motion made and seconded to approve purchase, motion passed unanimously. c. Sidewalk Tractor – Public Works – H.P. Fairfield - $143,760 Motion made and seconded to recommend purchase to City Council, motion passed unanimously. d. Multiple Vehicles - Fire/Airport/Code Enforcement/Parks & Recreation – Quirk Auto Group – Fire Vehicle $38,395.14, Airport Vehicle $38,748.20, Code Enforcement Vehicles - $47,528, Parks & Recreation Vehicle - $49.632.20 Motion made and seconded to approve purchase, motion passed unanimously. 3. Sale of 486 Hammond Street Staff discussed that plan submitted from the one bidder during a Request for Proposal process did not conform to the neighborhood aesthetics and they were unable to come to a mutual agreement. The City was then approached by another party, Steve Farren of General Interest LLC, with an offer of $5,100 and an approved plan. Staff’s recommendation is to sell the property to Steve Farren of General Interest LLC. Motion made and seconded to recommend sale to City Council, motion passed unanimously. 4. City Assessor’s Update The City Assessor provided an update on market trends and a review of the annual Personal Property declaration request process. The Committee was advised that the City’s outside auditors, Runyon Kersteen Ouellette, will be presenting a review of the City’s Fiscal Year 2020 annual audit and associated reports at the February 17, 2021 meeting.
