This Order will authorize the City Manager to execute a permanent grading easement on the City parcel located at Map 041, Lot 112 to allow for the construction and maintenance of a retaining wall along the northerly property line of the parcel located at 183 Harlow Street, Map 041, Lot 096. The retaining wall will allow for increased on-site parking for the School House Apartment property. The proposed easement will be about 25 feet wide and 274 feet long. Be it Ordered by the City Council of the City of Bangor that, The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a permanent grading easement on the City parcel located at Map 041, Lot 112 to allow for the construction and maintenance of a retaining wall along the northerly property line of the parcel located at 183 Harlow Street, Map 041, Lot 096.
