The original local match for the project was $30,500.00. The increase in the City of Bangor's local share resulting from this Modification is $4,000.00 for a total city share of $34,500. The estimated Project Cost shall be increased by $40,000.00— from $305,000.00 to $345,000.00. ❑ Increased Pavable Amount. The maximum payable to the Municipaliry at the rate of 90 percent of federally participating costs shall be increased by $36,000.00—from $274,500.00 to $310,500.00. ❑ Increased Local Share. The Municipality's 10 percent share of federally participating costs shall be increased by $4,000.00— fi-om $30,500.00 to $34,500.00. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in effect with no gap.
