Title, Order
Authorizing Execution of Municipal Bill of Sale - Mobile Home Located at 5 D Street
Tax liens have matured on the mobile home formerly owned by John Skinner, Jr. and Lucy Eaton
and located at 5 D Street. Hingham Heights, LLC provided the City with a notarized Bill of Sale for
the mobile from said John Skinner, Jr. and Lucy Eaton to said Hingham Heights, LLC. Hingham
Heights, LLC also paid all charges due to the City on the mobile home. No loans are owed to the
City that are secured by the mobile home, and there are no pending code enforcement issues with
the mobile home. Hingham Heights, LLC intends to move the mobile home to Glenburn.
Because the liens have matured, a municipal bill of sale is required to release the City’s interest in
the mobile home.
