Please be advised that the Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting on October 6, 1980, held a public hearing on the above request. After ca reful consideration of the nature of the area, and its proposed use in the Comprehensive Plan the Board voted five in favor and none opposed to reco®end the zone change request from Civic and Institutional Zone to Residentical 3 Zone for approximately 3 acres of the site.
