ORDERED,
THAT John W. Flynn, City Manager, is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which
is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest
the City may have to certain property located on Stillwater Avenue
by virtue of a Sewer Easement recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in Vol. 1351, Page 3w . Said Deed shall be directed to
Anne J. Brown and Mildred J. Ames.
STATEAENT OF FACT:
The purpose of this Order in to release any interest that
-the City may have in a Sewer Easement obtained in 1951 for the
Meadowbrook Sewer, which does not conform to the actual location
of the sewer. A revised Easement is being obtained to conform
to the correct location. ..

RNOH ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT the CITY OF BANGOR. a body
corporate, located at Bangor In the County of Penobscot and State of Mine, in
consideration of one dollar and other valuable considerations paid by ANNE J.
SHOWN and HIGHER) J. APES, bath of said Bangor, the receipt whereof it does
hereby acknowledge, does hereby remiss, release, bargain, sell and convey, and
forever quitclaim unto the said ANNE J. BROWN and WILDRED J. AMES, as tenants
incommon, their heirs and assigns forever, all its right, title and interest
in and to the following described real estate situated at Bangor in the County
of Penobscot, State of Maine, and more particularly described as follows:
A certain lot or parcel of land an the northerly
side of Stillwater Avenue in said Bangor, bounded
and described as follows, viz: Beginning at the
southeasterly career of the premises conveyed to
Sidney Slon, Lawrence Slam and Stephan Velardi,
now r formerly, by Harry E. Dahlberg and James A.
Taylor by their dead dated November 9, 1946, re -
carded in Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 1245,
Page 481, hereby referred to, said premises being
known as the Boardman Farm; thence generally westerly
on and along the said northerly line of Stillwater
Avenue two hundred fifty (250) feet to a point;
thence generally northerly and parallel to the
easterly line of Sidney Slon, Lawrence Sion and
Stephen Velardi, now or formerly, to the right of
way of the old pearls Railroad; thence generally
easterly an and along said right of way to the
northeast corner of said Sidney Sian, Lawrence
Ston and Stephen Velardi, new or formerly; thence
generally southerly on and along the easterly line
of Sidney Sion, Lawrence Sian and Stephen Velardi,
now or formerly, to the paint of beginning.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING from the above described
property so much of the prem conveyed
by Lois Beane Pospisal, et als6Trustees under the
Will of James A. Taylor, to Earle H. Bailey and
Clifford E. Bailey, by deed dated September 28, 1965,
and recorded i said Registry of Deeds in Volume
2022, Page 332
ALSO EXCEPTING AND RESERVING so omen of the above
described property as is described In a'"layout and
Serice of Taking", dated July 30, 1958, and recorded
n the Penobscot Registry of Deeds, Volume 1636,
Page 339.
Being the same premises described in a Trustees' Dead
dated December 15, 1972, from Lois Beane Poepleal, at
la, Trustees under the last Will and Testament of
James A. Taylor, late of Bangor, to the said gross J.
Brawn and Mildred J. Ames, recorded in Volume 2330,
Page 183, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest
the Grantor may have in the foregoing property by
virtue of a easement from dames A. Taylor to the
City of Bangodated August 24, 1951, and recorded
in Volume 1351, Page 344, of said Registry of4Deeds.
Grantees' address: 57 Summit Avenue, Bangor,
Maine 04401.
TO HAVE AND To HOLD the same, together with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said ANNB S. BROWN and MILDRPA

J. AMES, their heirs and assigns forever.
