Flynn, City Manager, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to certain property located on Stillwater Avenue by virtue of a Sewer Easement recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Vol. 1351, Page 3w . Said Deed shall be directed to Anne J. Brown and Mildred J. Ames. STATEAENT OF FACT: The purpose of this Order in to release any interest that -the City may have in a Sewer Easement obtained in 1951 for the Meadowbrook Sewer, which does not conform to the actual location of the sewer. SHOWN and HIGHER) J. APES, bath of said Bangor, the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remiss, release, bargain, sell and convey, and forever quitclaim unto the said ANNE J. BROWN and WILDRED J.
