Field, DeputyFinanceDirector, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a municipal quitclaim deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, re- leasing any interest the City may have to certain property located on Fern Street by virtue of a tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2213, Page 725. Said deed shall be directed to Helen M. Plummer. Statement of Fact: The purpose of this Order is to authorize the execution of a municipal quitclaim deed to clear the record of any interest of the City by virtue of a tax lien recorded for the year 1970. PLUMBER, of Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, the receipt whereof it does hereby acknowledge, does hereby remise, release, bargain, sell and convey, and forever quitclaim unto the said HELEN M. PLUMMER, her heirs and assigns forever, all its rights, title and interest in and to the following described real estate situation at Bangor in the County of Penobscot, State of Maine, and more particular described as follows: Real estate located on the Easterly side of Fern Street in said Bangor, Maine, and further described in Volume 1267, Pages 111 and 112, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Collector of Taxes) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1970 by virtue of a tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 2213, Page 725. Grantee(s) address: 291 Fern Street, Bangor, Maine 04401. The purpose of this deed is to convey any interest the Grantor may have in the foregoing property by virtue of unpaid taxes for the tax year 1970. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said HELEN M. PLUMMER, heirs and assigns forever. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the saidC2TY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal and signed inits corporate name by John G.
